What's the longest run you've ever completed?  For some, this might be 5km or 10km, but for Exercise Physiologist, Josh Miller, his longest run is the 80km Overland Track in Tasmania.

Josh is an Exercise Physiologist and Clinic Leader at Kieser Hobart. He joins Tim Dettmann in today's Healthy to 100 the night before his big run to chat about everything he does to prepare for a big running event.  Josh shares his top tips in preparing for a running event, including ideal hydration, the best shoes to wear and how to stick to a training plan.
